Happy Hump Day, half way to the weekend, next to Friday the best day of the work week.
This year Stampin Up is doing something different during Sale-A-Bration with three items only available until February 15th when they will be retired and replaced with three new items. One of the items, the “Sky Is The Limit” stamp set is one of my favorite items and today’s card features that set. For a $50 before tax & shipping order this stamp set can be yours as well! Think of the possibilities with this set especially when paired with items from the Going Global Suite from the Occasions catalog.
To make this card, I started first by stamping the plane from the Sky Is The Limit Stamp set in Memento Black Ink on Very Vanilla and used my paper snips to cut it out, turned out to be a lot easier than expected. Next ran a piece of Sahara Sand through the Big Shot using the World Traveler Textured Impressions Embossing folder, then backed it with Basic Black card stock and adhered to a card base of Sahara Sand. Next, using a Circles Framlit die cut the circle and adhered the plane with dimensionals. Sentiment is stamped in Memento Black on Delightful Dijon with a banner end cut into the right side, this is also adhered with dimensinals. Once I was done I sat there looking at the card thinking it needed something, so using the new Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush I painted the raised area of the world for a little subtle bling, love how it turned out.
Thank you for stopping by today, hope you liked my card. Have a great day, Craft On!
