Happy Wednesday, hope you are having a good week. Weather here is cold & snowy again today, but they say its gonna be in the 40’s this weekend, kinda like a heat wave.
Stampin Up released new weekly deals yesterday. At the bottom of the post after the products used on todays card is the list of new deals – – – gift boxes and bags are some of the cool deals!
Todays card is for the CanYouCaseIt sketch challenge, see below. Don’t forget to stop over to their blog to see some great designs.
To make my card I started with a card base of Whisper White. My first step was to emboss a piece of Pistachio Pudding using the Lovely Lace Embossing folder and covered the bottom third with a piece of Painted Blooms Designer Series Paper. Next I cut a piece of Blackberry Bliss Satin Ribbon and using the cute new Stapler attached the ribbon over the seam. This piece is backed with dimensionals, adhere to Blackberry Bliss and glued to the Whisper White card base. The word “Enjoy” is from the Mini-Treat bag thinlits. I included a picture of the inside of the card as well, using the Remembering Your Birthday stamp in Strawberry Slush.
