New “Distinktive” design stamp set

Happy Wednesday, half way through the week. I’ve been rather busy since my last post, but now I’m back on track.  This past weekend by brother and his family were in town and staying with me. We had a ice/snow storm (luckily they arrive just before the ice started), shopped and eat a lot of good food – both out and made a home. One of the things we always… Read More »

Today I’m sharing something a little different, cards made from a Memories &  More package.… Read More »

Whole Lot of Lovely

Today I thought I would create a post for all the folks impacted by Harvey this weekend.  I cannot image the feeling of having to leave my house, not sure if it will be there when I return, the rain, wind and aftermath you will have to deal with.  I have both friends and work colleagues in the path of Harvey.  Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with… Read More »

Clean & Simple with Jar of Love

Today’s card is a clean and simple card using the  Jar of Love stamp set for the images and Sunshine Sayings for the greeting. While the Jar of Love stamp set has matching framelits and Sunshine Sayings has coordinating Thinlits, it’s nice to have a one layer card that packs a punch, for me this card does that. To get started I stamped all the flowers randomly on a base… Read More »

Perfect Plum anyone ?

Last week I shared a card I made using the Photopolymer Stamp Set High Tide, stamping using multiple colors. Today I thought I would share a card using the same design but only Perfect Plum Ink. Love how the card turned out. For the lighthouse, when stamping the first image I stamped off the image then used full strength ink on the outside image. Layering Circle Framelits used for the circles, which are also… Read More »
